We did an extracurricular activity with our class one afternoon and went to BICOs, a food expo. There were at least 100 food stands, selling coffee, ice cream, snacks, meals, international food, etc.
Here is a picture of one of the vendors frying tempeh. This tempeh was SO good. It was super thin, but they didn't cut it thin, they individually wrapped every piece super thinly in a banana leaf. It was so special.
